Want to eat more vegetarian foods? Order this one. This soul-warming stew is a medley of spices in a flavour-rich tomato base, brimming with chickpeas. It was the first vegetarian stew we served on our menus at childcare centres across the GTA. It’s a favourite for even the hardest to feed kids (or their parents!).

Recommended pairings: This is one versatile chowder! Delicious on its own as a ‘soup’ or poured over your favourite whole grain, like our Golden Quinoa Pilaf. Serve with a side green salad or crisp raw veggies.
Preparation Instructions: Thaw in fridge on a tray. Empty contents of package into a saucepan. Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally until food is heated through. Consume within 48hrs after thawing. Enjoy!
