These tasty meteor-bites are made without gluten, dairy or soy so more kids can enjoy them. 100% chicken thigh (real chunks, no filler) is coated with seasoned organic chickpea crumbs, adding more protein and fibre. And, these meteorites skip the added sugar, soy protein isolate, modified milk ingredients, artificial flavours… and whatever else is in those other nuggets.

Simmer in Bag: Thaw pouches. Bring water to a boil in a large pot then turn hear down to a simmer. Carefully immerse pouches with tongs. Simmer for 30-35 mins or until internal temperature has reached 74C. Caution: Use tongs to remove the pouches from the water. Place pouches on a clean countertop. Using an over mitt to hold, pull the corner tab to open up 1/3 of the pouches. Dispense product on a plate or into a thermos.
OR
Microwave: Thaw pouches. Remove the product from pouches and transfer into a microwaveable bowl. On high, heat for 2-4 minutes, stirring halfway through.
I really like the chicken meteorites, but the large package can sometimes be too much. I really like this option, which is the perfect size if I just want to make a quick dinner for my child, rather than a big family meal.
