Ready to eat. Delivered frozen. 

Recommended Pairings: Serve with a side of green peas, or your favourite veg!

Preparation Instructions: Thaw. Preheat oven at 350°F. Transfer to oven-safe dish. Cover. Bake 25-30 minutes. Uncover. Broil on high heat for 3-5 minutes. Heat thoroughly to an internal temperature of 74°C/165°F. Enjoy!

I loved it. My kids thought it was okay

My husband and I loved the salmon bake with hot sauce. My kids ate it and thought it was okay,but I would advise parents to get it. My kids are just hit and miss with some dishes
