Preparation instructions: Cook from frozen. BBQ: Preheat barbecue to medium heat (325°F). Cook covered 15-18 minutes turning frequently until cooked through.
Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Place sausages on parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Cook 18-20 minutes turning once until cooked through.
Stovetop: Preheat a non-stick skillet on medium-low heat. Place sausages in skillet. Cook for approximately 10-12 minutes, turning frequently until cooked through. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 74°C/165°F.
