This authentic Trinidadian Beef Curry is super flavourful without being spicy. The pasture-raised beef chunks are cooked in this stew until fork-tender and the gravy is best scooped up with some roti or rice. We went through 6 different versions until we got our team's seal of approval. Let us know if it gets yours!
Preparation Instructions: Thaw in fridge. Empty contents of package into a saucepan. Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally simmering for 10 minutes covereduntil food reaches an internal temperature of 74°C/165°F. Enjoy!
