This beautiful mess of a chocolate cake is by far the most loved treat on our menu. But it’s still got to work hard like the rest of our food, to bring goodness to your body. And it does that by dropping you beets.
That #1 ingredient gives perfect density and moisture, plus more fibre, less sugar, and an irresistible texture. Eat it still half frozen for a refreshing snack on a hot day. Or thaw fully and dig in with joy - but mind the mess!
Ready to eat. Delivered frozen.
Recommended pairings: Your favourite music, some whipped coconut cream and fresh strawberries. Yum!
Preparation instructions: Thaw loaf in sealed bag. Store at room temperature. Consume within 3 days after thawing. Enjoy!
INGREDIENTS: beets, non-gmo yellow sugar, eggs (eggs, citric acid), non-gmo sunflower oil, whole wheat flour, unbleached wheat flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, baking powder, sea salt. Contains egg, wheat.

To quote my kids, “The best chocolate cake ever.” The cocoa beet loaf usually doesn’t last a whole day in my house!
Wasn't sure what to expect but it's super moist and tasty, and not too sweet. I saw the review that says it tastes "beet-y" but it honestly doesn't! Just a great snack.
This was met with trepidation at my house because I made the mistake of telling my kids it was beet loaf so they never wanted to eat it. I then gave it to them and said it was a chocolate loaf. They gobbled it up for 2 months before I finally broke it to them that they were eating beet loaf. They LOVE it. It adds a nice variety, too, and it's not something I could even attempt making at home!
