Although we can’t list it as an official ingredient, what this flavourful, hearty dish is really chock full of is Ooomph! Jack up your energy levels with the vegan alternative to our famous Sri Lankan Chicken. It counts on the same dairy-free coconut based sauce to give you a creamy smooth fuel that puts more bounce in your step and fire in your belly (not that it’s spicy hot mind you). Thaw, heat, serve, eat, real food power can’t be beat!
Fully cooked. Delivered frozen.
Recommended pairings: Basmati Rice or Naan, Cilantro (or not, we know it’s a controversial herb!), full fat plain yogurt or cucumber raita.
Preparation instructions: Thaw in fridge on a tray. Empty contents of package into a sauce pan. Heat on medium heat, stirring occasionally until food is heated through. Consume within 48hrs after thawing. Enjoy!

We have tried both the white bean curry and the Sri lankan chicken, and while we like the texture of the chicken better, this is a great vegetarian alternative that is really tasty! Great for a lighter meal with rice and green veggies.
