Thaw. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 400°F. Transfer bacon strips to parchment paper-lined baking sheet. Arrange in single layer. Bake 15-18 minutes, until golden, crispy and cooked through.
Stovetop: Lay bacon strips on a skillet. Cook on low-medium heat for 8-10 minutes, turning frequently until golden, crispy and cooked through. Cook thoroughly to an internal temperature of 71°C/160°F.
